First Time Pattern Assistance Needed
Absolute stupid question,,,I am attempting to make my first sewing project using a pattern. I am making ”D” and I am confused if I need to sew the skirt completely closed before attaching the elastic waist band or do I attach when one side is still “open”? I am in total analysis paralysis over this. Thank You for any help.
