If you had to onboard a total beginner in one week, what's the first thing you'd teach them?
On the one hand, teaching the basics of who the customer actually is before touching any tool or tactic. If they don't understand that, everything else is just noise. But another part of me thinks the first lesson should be about reading results.
If you only had five days and a total newbie in front of you, what is the one thing you'd drill into them on day one? Just the first thing.
