Looking for a roommate for a cozy, furnished private bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment, just a few miles from UCLA. This in could be a great fit for a UCLA grad student or other mature student/professional who has a car or is comfortable taking the bus.

The room has a full-size bed, dresser, desk and chair, shelves, and nightstand. Double-paned windows keep it quiet, and the room gets nice light and a good breeze.

We are two friendly, quiet, respectful working women (a teacher and an executive assistant) looking for someone who works or goes to school** outside the **home and is tidy, polite, and generally lovely. :)

The apartment has central A/C and heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a quiet, short-haired cat who sleeps a lot. There’s also a little outdoor “patiette” for morning coffee. We’re on the ground floor and have very nice upstairs neighbors. You would share a full bathroom with one very clean, respectful person.

We’re within walking distance of a park, restaurants, shops, and bus lines.

Rent: $1,250/month, including utilities.
Tandem parking: $40/month.
No incense or strong colognes, please.
