I want to join ethos so I am looking for a referral, I know it does not make a difference but I wanna help someone out

Hi everyone!
I sent someone whose domain is medicine a referral link but when they opened the link they didn’t find the option to choose their domain (unlike when you open the platform without a referral link) so they signed up and started the assessment to find that their domain was already chosen as my same domain..is it cuz I am the one who sent the link? But it’s not a specific link there is no specific links for each domain on the referrals section it’s just one link and it says below you can refer people from every field not just yours, so what should I do?

Hi everyone!
If I do a task in only a few minutes. How do I count minutes? If it took me 4 mins and 30 seconds should I report 4 as it was less than 5 minutes or 5 since it took me more than 4 minutes?
It might seem simple but I wanna be fair and it’s a project with a lot of tasks and almost every task was like that

Edit: Guys I am not a time freak, Idc when it’s a few tasks or the tasks take a long time, and that’s exactly why I stated it was A LOT of tasks and were very short and simple like 150 seconds per task which left me wondering if I should report 2 or 3 minutes in more than 20 tasks

مشكلتي الأساسية في البداية. في لغات كتير ايه اللي ابدأ بيها وازاي؟ يوتيوب؟ اونلاين كورسس؟ محتاجة حاجة موثوقة اتعلم منها ك شخص معندوش فكرة عن اي حاجة ف البرمجة

حتى لو معندكش معلومة اعمل ابڤوت بليز🙏🏼

بدور على شغل من البيت، معنديش خبرة ف اعتقد هيبقى لازم يكون في تدريب الاول اون سايت ودا مفيهوش مشكلة المهم يبقى بعدو وورك فروم هوم، كول سنتر كولد كولينج اي حاجة عبارة عن مكالمات (وممكن شات بس الاحسن مكالمات)
بلاقي اوفرز كتيير جدا كولد كولينج من البيت بس للاسف بتكون محتاجة خبرة على الاقل تلات شهور.
