Seeking job after master's in hospital administration
I honestly do not know what to do anymore. I completed my Master's in Hospital Administration with a final CGPA of 9.6. I have always been serious about my studies and I genuinely know my work well too. But despite all this, I am not getting decent job opportunities.
Most of the offers I receive are around 15k salary and surviving on 15k after completing a master's degree feels extremely difficult. It honestly feels insulting at this point after putting in so much hard work.
I am actively looking for opportunities in hospitals or healthcare administration. If anyone here has any contacts, referrals, or can help me connect with hospitals hiring for administration roles, I would be really grateful.
I also want to mention something that has made this entire process worse. I trusted a few HR people hoping they would help, but one of them behaved very inappropriately with me and started asking personal and uncomfortable questions like about my sexual desires instead of discussing work. It really disturbed me.
At this point I just feel frustrated, mentally exhausted, and honestly very depressed. I just want a fair opportunity to work and build my career.
