Low temps… did I ovulate?
I have PCOS/PMOS with multiple failed ovulation attempts but CD41 was my first positive OPK this cycle. I feel like I’m in the luteal phase (bloating, constipation, fatigue, irritability) but my temps are so low that I haven’t gotten crosshairs. It’s got me wondering if these symptoms are all in my head
