Scales are never calibrated.
Pic related . Leg weighs 1.464 , scales say 1.615. That’s a 150g difference.. if I was weighing ginger or shallots that’s a massive discrepancy..
As we know , scales are never calibrated , always 5-10% above what is being weighed. Another scam to ripoff customers for profit.
