I’ve been looking into jewelry insurance lately and one thing I keep thinking about is the replacement process. Like worst case scenario, if something happened to my ring and the replacement didn’t feel anything like the original, what would happen then? Are you able to give input or reject a replacement you don’t love? Curious how flexible jewelry insurance companies usually are with this.
