i am the one who posted a while back about the possibility of katie being scammed (the post was deleted by mods but there was further discourse about it in other posts here). Today she posted this, and i came right onto reddit to see if anyone had posted about it, but nobody had, so i figured i would. What do you guys think about this statement ?
i am not really sure what to say here and i just idk. Katie gavin is such a kind and sweet soul she is constantly posting and reposting go fund mes and info about ways to help people in palestine and she has been frequently posting screenshots of messages with this one specific woman named gigi who is constantly reaching out to her for help. a part of me has been a bit weary while reading gigi’s extensively personal DMS because katie is a relatively niche celebrity and idk im just overly cautious about scammers and I really just hoped that wasn’t the case here, until i saw this photo that katie posted today, assuming having been sent to her by gigi. The main inconsistency i noticed is with the cords on the right (circled in the third photo) as well as with the way the doctors pointer and middle finger seem to blend together on their left hand. The mention of serious jaundice as well doesn’t seem to add up because the babies skin looks to be a normal color, not yellowed as it would be with jaundice. These stories should still be up, they were only posted an hour ago if anyone wants to check the rest of them out. Maybe i am being overly cautious but when there really are people in need i would hate for donations and support to be going to a baby/family that doesnt exist. (this isn’t hate to katie as im sure if it is a generated photo that she did not realize and would not be purposely spreading misinformation).

and i am wondering how to connect a second monitor since there is only one hdmi port. i bought it over a year ago on amazon and the attached photos is all the info i can see. please help?
