Can we term the usage of E20 and the damage it is causing to the vehicles as violation of our Fundamental Right to livelihood? Breach of Article 21?

When a daily-wage transport worker’s pre-2023 vehicle suffers fuel-pump failure or engine misfires due to the hygroscopic (water-absorbing) nature of E20, does the State’s failure to provide a safe alternative fuel not constitute an arbitrary deprivation of property?

Why is shell not reducing the fuel prices in India when prices in other countries are reduced?

Shell was the first one to increase its prices when the crude oil prices increased, why is it not reducing the prices when crude oil prices have crashed?

If they can increase their prices independently of the other indian petro companies, then they should lead it in reduction as well, right?
