I miss my old daily coffee shop, but I'll drop into this place at least once out of curiosity. It will obviously be very different from the last occupant. No details about ownership (local?) or bean selection (local?) on their website, but they are hiring... If the menu is an indication of the vibe, it's probably not going to appeal to H+S lovers, but that doesn't mean it won't do well on Oak Bay Avenue.
