Is this salvageable at all?

Hello,

I made a post here last week about this same plant because all the leaves were droopy, turning yellowish and it’s taking way too long to start flowering and most of the comments said the issue was overwatering (which I think we can rule out now) and her being nutrient deficient
I just came back from a 5 day vacation and had just watered her before I left, which is when I made the post and to my surprise I came back to this, I don’t know if she’s dead or if there’s anything I can still do since I would hate to lose 3 months of growing, this escalated very quickly.
I just dimmed the lights down to 80% instead of 100 and switched them to 12/12 instead of 20/4 since everyone also agreed that she’s very likely a photoperiod that was mistakenly labeled as an auto, I have an auto growing next to her but it’s her last week so I had to prioritize this one.
I just watered her the usual amount (10% pot volume) but with double the feed I usually give her + some extra substrates, but I still don’t know what went so wrong so quickly because she was doing just fine for the past 3 months until 2 weeks ago with the same temp, lights and humidity and how could she have dried out and died (hopefully not) in just 5 days after I fed her

Should I be concerned?

My biggest concern with this plant has always been with just how long it’s taking to show buds, it’s already been in this pre-flowering stage for about a month and still no buds, meanwhile this other plant next to it which turned out to grow significantly smaller is already in its final flowering stage even though it was planted and sprouted a week later. They’re both autos but different strains so I assumed they’d have different veg and flowering times, but the discrepancy is catching me off guard here. Now I’m also starting to get worried about its leaves pointing down and turning yellow - which is not something I usually bother with in late stage flowering since none of the nutrients are going to the leaves but in this case she doesn’t even have buds and she first sprouted on May 5th. Oh, some of the leaves have started curling up a bit at the ends as well, this all very recently.

Is it time to pull yet?

There are some amber trichomes on the top bud but none on the lower buds, tried taking some pics through the loop but it’s very hard
