I cant get pragmata starting cutscene to run well

So i got that onexplayer x1 with the original intel and now I cant run the opening to pragmata well it controls the main game decently enogh but I cant get the opening cuteness tonit runs at 5 fps help is appreciated I also tried running it at 800p amd that didnt work iver.
