Which team makes you ache the most?

Coming up to my first full month on the app and I’ve been doing Define. I am enjoying it but I feel like I rarely feel achy the day after a workout, I’ve been upping my weights and I don’t know I just don’t feel like physically I feel like my body has done much compared to other apps I’ve used. I feel it in my core with the core rounds but not anything else really. Which teams have you done that give you that amazing aching feeling the next day?
