I just started exploring the single family home market in the Seattle Eastside. Prices in Bothell seem to be significantly lower than prices in Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, Sammamish. I will be commuting to Bellevue so l'd prefer something that isn't too painful a commute.

I'm new to the Seattle area, forgive me if this is a noob question, but why is Bothell cheaper than those neighboring cities? What's the catch? I have heard that the Bothell school district is very highly regarded. Some of the houses I have seen in Bothell have very similar commute times compared to more expensive homes in these other cities.

I tried to visit www[.]krhkw[.]com and got a pop-up asking for permission to "access other devices on your local network". Obviously I was very alarmed and closed the page immediately (did not accept the dubious request). I had previously checked the site URL at transparencyreport.google.com and Google Safebrowsing did not flag it. I also did some quick research online about the popup message and I do not see a single legitimate reason why this Kuwaiti website would need access to other devices on my local network. Does anyone know more about this website? I have seen the site linked on the UN Global Compact website.
