Gastritis home remedies.

Hello all. I know you are not doctors and I am not asking for medical advice, just home remedies to ease discomfort. I suffer from ongoing gastritis. Once it landed me in ED and it seems to be triggered even if I drink small amounts for several days in a row.

The last few days I have been stuck feeling awful and not able to do anything I actually wanted to get done.

Aside from the obvious like antacids, what do you all do to ease the horrible chest discomfort and shortness of breath that comes with gastritis?

Mac's back packer trips over 25 years old?

Hi guys. I am 30 years old hoping to visit Scotland without selling a kidney to pay for it and am wondering if anyone has gone on a Mac's backpacking tour and can give me a review. I want a lively active travel style but I don't want to spend a week on a bus full of drunken 18 year olds trying to hook up.

Most other group trips that I have found that are aimed towards an older demographic and seem to involve a lot of sitting on a bus with luxury accommodations. Also not my vibe.

Also if anyone has done a highland explorer company tour can you tell me if it was active and you actually had time to see the places on the itinerary?

Thank you!!!!!!

Hello everyone. I know I am not CA enough to fit in here but that's life. I am currently drunk with a sore stomach after going near pre mixed drinks today and I am going to be hungover tomorrow. This wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't leaving from my trip to visit my 89 year old grandmother and 5 year old energetic cousin and I have to be up in the morning to spend time with them. I wanted to be present and alert spending my last time with them, not hungover, sick and sorry for myself. I know this is entirely self inflicted and I am not proud of myself. Spending time with my elderly grandmother whilst I get the chance was important to me.
