Damn the moment i hit level 100 and compare my build to someone else's i was thinking:

"Hmm… I think I'm missing a passive point somewhere."

So you check your entire passive tree, your bandit choice, everything… and you can't figure it out.

Then you realize you forgot to go back and complete one random quest that gives a passive point. 💀

This is the second time this has happened to me. -_-
