Can't stop feeling like i'm always behind

I'm 19 F and in my last year of school. I live in germany where it's super common to first off - have jobs and earn money from as early as 15 or something and second - to have a drivers license from 17 and a car, whether moms or dads or their own car.

I don't come from germany, i moved here about 4 years ago and doing well in school blabla...
The point is back in 10th grade this girl moved into my city and started going to the same school i was. She was also a foreigner.
Now we're in the same class and i can't stop feeling like she's got her life figured out even if she hasn't been here as long as i have. Just to list off some stuff: didn't get pushed one year back when she came here but i did, she got a job like one whole year before i started feeling like i was a loser and also got one(btw also as a waitress just like her because i thought if she can do it so can i and i hated it lol), then she started working a lot of hours next to school and i was always wondering how she can manage not having any free time at all because i was done after school i couldn't never imagine working as much as her.

Then back to the drivers license - she was the one to wanna do it first, so she did. At the time i didn't have a lot of money saved up at all and i knew she did because of all the work she was doing. Later she got her drivers license and two weeks later bought a car in full cash. This is when i started feeling like im super behind on everything. I started comparing everything and feeeling less than and stuff only because she had a car and i had to ride the bus still. I'm currently also in the process of getting my license and buying a car, but i also feel like i'm rushing myself only because i want to sort of catch up to her level? Somehow i see myself in her due to all the stuff we have in common and feel like she's a version of me that i could've also had but was too slow to achieve?

I know it's toxic and i'm working on understanding that each person is different and that i don't have it that bad either but i can't help it can someone give me advice 😓😭

Sorry for the long story

Lehramt Gymnasium Studieren
