How do you rebuild a social life when you have nobody?

Hey i am 20
I’ve been dealing with anxiety issues for a while and lately the loneliness is getting really heavy.

I used to have one friend I’d meet often, but now we barely hang out anymore and I spend most of my time alone at home.

I also don’t have parents, so home feels very empty sometimes. I try to distract myself with gym, coding projects and learning new things, but some days it still hits hard.
I think I’ve become scared of attachment and being left alone again.

I’m posting this because I genuinely want to improve my life and build real connections again.
If anyone has gone through something similar, how did you deal with it?
