I am considering buying from the last few units left in both these projects. Both are roughly Dec 2026 handover. Iam getting a bigger unit in Hirize for a similar priced smaller unit 3bhk in Oriana. I want to know the pros, cons and issues if there are any since both are by a lake. Apart from the delays on Oriana's part, anything else that I need to be aware? Also whats the ideal all inclusive except gst & registration price per sqft in both these localities
