BB slowing down and sometimes freezing when only 2 drawings sets are open

I have a decent PC, outdated but got plenty memory 64gb, 5700x3d, 3080ti, drawings all stored and pulled off nvme ssd... What's going on? I have the 2d rendering set to hardware accel, even went into nvidia control panel and put high performance, even assigned high perf 3080ti usage to revu in windows graphic settings. Nothing seems to alleviate it.

is this a lot of metal on my primary plug? 2023 lowrider st

for context, the last 3-hole was just under 2 years ago. Got really busy with life so the bike sat a lot. Only put about 2000 miles on the bike in that time. It was mostly fine metal dust on it but there were a couple larger pieces. It's the most accumulation I have seen so far.
