Funder for business with 2 months of revenue (2+ y/o biz)
Here's the breakdown:
This entity was a holdco for internal AI app development so mostly no revenue. Recently switched business model to do consulting and product builds for other companies and started winning contracts.
Ask: $10k
Credit score poor
No rev in Jan or Feb but 32.5k mar, $19.5k April.
Total rev for the year with signed deals will be ~400k.
The funding is needed as I've been personally executing the work and we just won a $250k contract and need to bring on consultants to kick the project off.
Been working on this since Tuesday and have tried to be up front. I know this isn't a great file. Had a couple of deals reach signing but the ISO tried to hide the Jan Feb no rev situation instead of explaining it up front and the deals died in final UW.
Looking for funders who can work with a file like this knowing what it is up front. Very interested in funders who are willing to put in significant EPAs. Less worried about factor rate as I'm going to pay off whatever isn't paid in one sweep.
