Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a little joy today. I had my vulvoplasty on Wednesday with the incredible Dr. Dany Hanna down in Frisco, Texas, and the picture I've included is from today (Saturday).

It is hard to believe that after 48 years, I finally have a vulva! I had my prostate removed 10 months ago, and honestly, I was terrified that I would never be able to realize my dream after that. But here I am on the other side, feeling much more comfortable in my own body.
