Network Error

What is this error and why is it happening. Started last week and I can't fix it. This is when I try to export a file or select the destination folder for a new map project. When I try to export a .lyrx file it just crashes. I have the latest version and the latest NET software (10,0). Talk to me like an export I've been working in arc for more than a decade and this is the first error I can not solve on my own.

Replaced the carb and idle was at max speed. Adjusted it down but still moves the chain at idle. Any lower and it putters out. And now throttle speed is too low to cut even though the H screw is all the way tight.

Give me your tricks for this.

Also, what should the T screw be set at when starting adjustments. Right now I’m doing the L and H screw a full turn from all the right when starting the adjustment.
