He’s a 185g, 2-year-old boy (Island Local).
I’ve been bitten by him quite a lot before, but usually it’s just a warning to leave him alone.
He’ll bite and let go right away.

But this time, he wanted to get out of his enclosure and when I opened the door, he bit my finger and just held on like a Tokay gecko.
Then he started bobbing from side to side, which kind of reminded me of mating behavior in crested geckos.

I’m thinking it might have been some kind of mating behavior, but he didn’t make any sounds or anything.
So I’m wondering if I somehow pissed him off without realizing it, and this was actually an aggressive bite rather than mating behavior?
