Made my sister a pre-wedding cake

My sister is getting married in Copenhagen on Wednesday. We are German and my sister is getting married to an American. I won’t be able to attend the wedding, so we have a little family get together today. It will be a courthouse ceremony and she will have a bigger party in the future, but I wanted to do something special for her. I like baking but I haven’t had the time to bake over the past few years and the only things I have baked in the past were “Coffee Cakes” (one layer, no frosting, like Banana Bread). So this is honestly my first attempt at buttercream, tiered cakes and piping. I watched so many tutorials over the past few days and I am thrilled with the result and want to share my joy! It took me 5 hours to decorate but it was so worth it.🥹

It’s a vanilla cake with peach and “Quark”-filling (I don’t think there is something similar in in the US). I also added a passion fruit lime jelly. I made an ermine coconut buttercream to cover and pipe the details. I picked random flowers from our garden to decorate.
