Single Male Early 30s with a dog.

$3,500 budget … Daily work commute will be into Camden Waterfront. Have started looking in Northern Liberties and Rittenhouse down to edge of Point Breeze.

Obviously will have to drive to work but ideally looking for walkable area to restaurants/bars that has somewhat of a neighborhoodish feel while not being too far outside the city.

Have previously lived in the heart of the city in Charlotte, NC but also in slow pace Manhattan Beach, CA and enjoyed both.

Greatly appreciate any guidance
