Its a manager and in a simplyfoods so it's very small and I can't avoid them. They say some honestly disgusting things about a member of staff who isn't white and treat them very obviously different to other staff. I've never heard anything good about BIG and they have not been helpful before so I don't feel safe reporting it, I don't think they'd fire or reprimand a manager in any way or care really.
