Hi, its been 3 and half a month that i have been using tretinoin and my neck and cheeks still look like this, my forehead is clear tho

Routine
Morning :

-Cerave hydrating cleanser
- azelaic acid 15% finacea
- 50 spf

Evening :

-Double cleansing
-tretinoin 0,05 %
- Cerave moisturizer

Been using tretinoin 0,05 since the start, started from every 3 days to everyday but I’m still purging, is it normal ?

Can tretinoin 0,05% save me ?

I’m using

Cerave moisturizer
Cerave cleanser
Tretinoin 0,05
Salicylic acid cleanser
Niacinamide

And 50 spf sunscreen in the morning?

If I need more thing can yall help me out and will tretinoin help me for this acné type
