Say I do have a diploma in Electrical Engineering and later on for my degree program I decide to switch to a Computer Science degree, is credit transfer possible?

Just finished 2025 SPM.My results pass the minimum requirements for most engineering diplomas and foundation. I want to pursue either Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering but I don't know if i can keep up with the math in engineering. Can I, a student with C, perform well if i pursue a diploma or foundation and eventually move on to a degree programme?
