Injury during delivery

Today, at four in the morning, I arrive to a customer’s house to drop off an order when I approached the porch, all lights were off, and the only light visible was my phone. I delivered the package, snapped a photo, turned around, misplaced my step and fell off the porch, my entire hand Hand and arm is hurting more and more as the day progresses. and my knee is swollen. I’ve reported the incident to Amazon, I will be going to the doctor tomorrow to get checked out. Anybody gone through something similar? What was your outcome?

Child receives package

On one of my stops today, I arrived at the customer’s house and noticed the front door slightly open—something I didn’t think much of. As I got out of the car, I checked my phone and the package while scanning it; walking toward the front door, I looked up again and saw a child waiting there, holding out her hand. I handed her the package—mind you, this was a roughly 35-pound L-box—and mentioned it was a bit heavy, asking if she wanted to call a parent to retrieve it. Just then, her mom appeared, peeking from an angle by the door, saying no, it was okay because she had it. I gave the child the package, she took it inside, and when I tell you this child was strong, I gasped.
(She had to be like 6–7 years old 😭. I left speechless.)
