Prepped with one company almost 4 years on my 2nd company now, about to hit 2nd year here. I have been talked to about moving into a painter position at both companies.

First company wasn’t ever really solid with talking about it, ended up leaving over that and personal interactions with the paint team I was on.

Now at the 2nd company, I was offered a painter position at a shop by upper management directly, was then told I had to wait some time and the shop would open and I would go there. Fast forward, shop opened and turns out they gave that position to someone else and didn’t even tell me.

Should I wait and see if they offer me something else or just look for another shop myself
