I have run into an issue. The email I used to bind my Viwoods device (note no Viwoods account in the device) is from an old work one and it’s no longer active and I now can’t unbind the ai paper from it.
What do i do???!!! I’m worried I’m utterly cooked here.
I tried logging into a new account I set up (new email and it’s linked to Viwoods and is on my Viwoods e reader). But it asks me to unbind the other account I can’t access because it no longer exists as in the email. I tried reset on the device and it asks to unbind. I have tried all possible passwords and it now says 5 attempts left.
For reference I’m long time poster on here and won one of the leather Viwoods covers.
When the old work email account was taken off and deleted 7 months ago I forgot about my ai paper.
So now I appear to be stuffed.
Any ideas?? Want to cry here.
Going to Phuket soon. I use a dry herb device such as dynavap or battery operated Tinymight etc. obviously can’t bring mine from home into Thailand so I am looking for a place in Phuket that sells these please? Anyone else having an issue with the Integro app today? I was trying to order a repeat but I can’t add anything to basket. There is no add option on the products.
Is it an app issue or something else? I’d ask them via email but it’s Sunday.
I had a review in march and I’m not due another until September. So it can’t be that.
