I've been taking whey but it seems to be getting too pricey lately. Want to try plant protien relatively cheap and bearable taste. What flavour should I go for and how do you consume it

Want reviews on food and prices. I haven't found the menu and the place is always completely empty. Even tho they seem to be running ads.
