Hi, I am going to cancun and would like to ask you some advice regarding the transportation please. Since Ado takes 1hour or more so to arrive to plaza las americas, I am curious which option would be better shuttle or taxi, to arrive there fast. And please help me out if there is credible company i can make an appointment for the ride if there is one. Thank you, I am not down to negotiate prices and stuff in airport at cancun..

I am in the firm and working here for little less than 6 months. I had this new guy who joined a bit earlier than I did, is very strange and odd. he started talking to everyone in the firm and started socializing crazily at work. Sometimes, he would come up to me asking the reason why i didnt show up for company gathering and things. It started bugging me because he acts like he is my boss or so. I decided to avoid him as much as he can. and this guy keeps coming around and trying to talk to me. Annoying the hell out of me to hang out after work hours. I went for few times but I decided to reject his proposals afterwards. Nowadays, he started talking crap about high ups in the firm explicitly, how they dont do much of their work and criticizing their lack of diligence at work . he made some fake good network with some people from middle management who has some authorities in the firm, which I think he is attempting to undermine them to take over their position later on, which I am surprised because he is only in the firm for like 7months. Some reason, this guy goes around try to talk and socialize with everyone especially with people who are new. And he thinks he is now abusing his fragile power that is made by new people that he socialize with. I am under impression that he is just getting out of his hands and taking things too far. people who have been working in the firm for long time literally hates him so much to the point they would just confront him in the office, I feel like they know what he is trying to do with his avaricious mindset and bossy move over people and shaping some kind of partisans for himself. I really have not been in the corporate world for long time, but I am curious how will he end up in the future? and also I am just not to take thing serious with him, if he gets on my business like asking what I am doing ish, I just keep in short and nice on the surface. I stopped engaing with him personally, no hang out, no socializing but just talk politely at work. Keeping my distance. Is this right measure on him? please advise
