I was wondering how much this is worth

I recently have been going through my rare/collectible items and found this and posted it as an auction on eBay trying to get some extra money to propose to my girlfriend but soon after started getting offers that far exceeded my expectations. I was just wondering how much this bill is worth?
Its serial number is D00000010* if you look it up on eBay you will find the auction

Update: I unlisted it and I plan to send it in for grading

Final Update: I have re-listed it on eBay and it is available for sale, no longer getting it graded
