I took letrozole 2.5 last month for the first time and ovulated on CD19 but did not conceive. Had a follow up with my doctor and she said she feels confident to keep me on this dose as it seemed my body responded well. (I’m unmonitored btw)
This is my second letrozole cycle 2.5 and currently CD22 and no sign of ovulation. All my LH tests have been low highest being .5 but then it goes back down. My partner and I have been timing intercourse every other day since CD10 expecting ovulation but nothing
This is so frustrating

I took letrozole 2.5mg for the first time last cycle and olvulated cycle day 19. I had a follow up with my doctor and she said that she wants to keep me on 2.5mg as it seemed to work but this is now my second letrozole cycle and currently cycle day 18 and all my LH strips have been super light and doesn’t seem like ovulation is coming anytime soon… has this ever happened to anyone? 12 dp o - afraid to test.. temp dipped today but still above baseline. My readiness score had been in the 60s past few days but it jumped back up. I got a minor signs at 9 dp o

1st letrozole cycle 2.5mg diagnosed with PCOS, have been ovulating but around cycle day 30-35

Feeling discouraged. i usually ovulate cycle day 35 with PCOS
Took letrozole this cycle from days 3-7 hoping it would bring ovulation sooner but it is CD16 and my lh strips are still very negative. I thought I would have ovulated by now.

On my first letrozole cycle, took letrozole from CD3-7. I usually ovulate cycle day 35-36.. when should I be expecting ovulation? Anyone experience early ovulation with letrozole? Currently on cycle day 12, lh strips super light still.

13 d p o today, counting myself out. Tested negative yesterday and temp went down today, just waiting on AF now. Hoping next month has a better outcome.

I think I’m out this cycle. so frustrating. 11 days past, high temps, negative.
