I’m getting LCWRA and Universal Credit because of my physical disabilities. However, my doctors have advised me to exercise and I was wondering if I could use the gym? Would that affect anything? I can’t walk or exercise for too long but I can do in intervals with rest. But I’m not sure if that would count as me lying about my condition. I saw in the news that someone on PIP was sanctioned for going to the gym. Should I not go? I’m scared please advise me.
