I'm trying to download the .epub of a book I borrowed in order to send it to Kindle, but all that downloads is an .acsm document from contentreserve.com

I assume this is where Libby stores its books (or where my library does) but I can't access the .epub

I applied for ESA earlier this month and they've come back saying I need to send my P45 but they want it by post.

My problem is that they've given me a freepost address but I have no reference or anything to attach to it.

Do I just send the P45 with no additional information?
