Should I prepare for a job now or go to Germany for a Master's? Need honest advice.

Hi everyone,

I'm a recent B.E. graduate in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science from India, and I'm at a crossroads.

I'm considering two options:

1)Focus on getting a software/data-related job in India.

2)Go to Germany for a Master's (likely in Computer Science or Data Science) and then build my career there.

My long-term goal is to have a strong career in tech with good growth, learning opportunities, and better salary prospects. I'm okay with working hard, learning German if needed, and adapting to a new country.

If you were in my position today, what would you choose and why?

I'd especially appreciate advice from people who:

•Studied in Germany.

•Found a job after graduating there.

•Chose to work first and pursue a Master's later.

•Recruit in the tech industry.

Please share the pros, cons, and any regrets or things you wish you had known before making your decision.

Thanks in advance!
