Progress Journals - What to add?
A couple of the instructors where I go recommended to start keeping a journal after practice and I'm trying to think of any other sections to add. So far I have:
Striking
Workout
Theory
Sparring
And then a room in each of those sections for:
Focus
What went well
What I personally think I need to work on
Any instructor feedback
One thing I want to make sure I focus on next class
Plus sparring has a section to track the amount of rounds I did
I'd love some feed back on anything you all would change!
