Somebody commented this on my post and then atleast had the sense to delete them, thankfully. My post was about despite the RIFs, managers are pushing us too much to deliver things and even after explaining them the mental impact, their expectations are not budging, so how do I communicate without being an A-hole?
My org is expecting impact, we were invited to the meetings about layoffs clearing that our org will be impacted, but our managers are still massively pushing to work and ticket hygienes etc. I made them clear multiple times that this is not entirely a fair ask, what to do more? They keep pinging, and it’s a small community in my city, I don’t want to be the a***ole to them, what can I do?
