Separation pay
Hello everyone! Just wanna ask if I'm eligible for a separation pay. Wala akong mapagtanungan since wala kaming HR sa company, were a construction company.
Context:
I ask my boss if I can work fully WFH since hybrid set up kami. I have VA part time (with calls) which I ask for permission sa boss ko when he was still in autralia last May, he agreed naman to have a part time. But when he came back from Australian, I chat him ng saturday night "permission if possible na mag wfh nalang ako" and answered na pagusapan sa monday meeting. Then monday came he open the topic which I repeat na may VA part time ako but I did not disclosed the working days because I know to myself na "kaya ko naman pagsabayin" and he decided na until end of June nalang ako, which I agree kesa makipag talo sakanya, I even proposed to take another "task" para lang ma full fill yung wfh na pinoproposed ko but didn't agree. Plus when iran-us war happened he decided na bawasan pasok namin from mon to sat naging mon to fri without dole approval, thats why I took the chance to find a part time job kasi nabawasan sahod namin na kakapiranggot.
So my question is am I eligible for a separation pay? If yes anong pwedeng ibigay na dole articles or memo if ever di nila ako bigyan.
