I was gifted a 65yr old Aloe Vera. I have no idea what I’m doing -please help!! How do I “use” it? And she’s leaning horribly! Does she need a bigger pot?

I hope this looks right!? I’m seeing new scoby forming (I think). Original scoby from a lady off FB marketplace. I’m at 10 days.

Nasty green tiled backsplash upgraded with pretty napkins. Once fully dried, I’d like to seal with a clear coat. Suggestions ???
