Still on lease moved out
So I’m in a situation with my rental where I have left. I gave landlord and property mangers notice that I will not be living there (handed in my keys sent them pictures and videos of how we left the unit) but will keep paying rent so that the other tenant can still live there. I gave up my keys and everything. Before I left I paid for wifi till the end of the lease and like I said I’m still paying rent till it’s done but I wanna give up hydro. The other tenant and I are not in good terms what would be the best way to cancel hydro could I get hydro to send a notice to the complex? As well the other tenant hit the dettached garage at our rental and they’re trying to put it though my tenants insurance because they did not have any. Is that allowed? Any thoughts or comments on either issues would be much appreciated
