So cold. Cant get warm unless immersed in hot environment. Sitting in front of the heater right now like my dogs do. Soon as i get up im cold again. Its 52 in the house and i feel like im never gonna get warm again. Any advice or thoughts?

Foster home for large med or small dogs opening up when i move back to the area in Nov. Looking for suggestions of reputable rescues to work with on this. Special needs dogs OK!
