hello!

i subscribed to IVC for the september release, and i need help cancelling my subscription and finding out why my order hasn't shipped yet. whenever i click on the subscriptions page to try and cancel it, it just shows me a white screen. this problem has persisted on multiple types of devices and i dont know what to do, is there a number i can call or an email?

also, although multiple peoples pinkerton vinyls have been delivered out, mine hasn't even registered as processing. is there a reason for this? where can i check its status? sorry for the plethora of questions, im just super lost here. thank you!!
