What’s the point of IVC Editions?
I originally subscribed for D-12 - Devil’s Night. The 3,000 copies pressed and individually numbered was appealing. Paying around $53 a month with taxes month to month. It’s seemed that almost every IVC press since gets a standard release shortly after the IVC including Lisa Loeb, AFI, Chris Cornell. Almost everything with exception of Oliva Rodrigo of all IVC presses are on Discogs for at or less than what I pay on a Monthly basis. Then you have situations like PlayBoi Carti that had “extras” un-numbered released (so more than 3,000 exist). So, what’s the appeal? Insight on why I should keep my subscription? LOL
