Hi, I've had my blood results and have low iron. I'm worried about if my kids are getting what they need. I have an 18 month old who's a very good eater and a 5 year old who is very, very picky (we think he maybe on the spectrum) tonight I did pasta in tomato source in which I added blend "chicken"
And red lentils. What other things could I make to ensure they're getting all they need? Thanks 😊
