In your opinion, should a landing page have a popup that asks for one's email address before entering the page? I feel like that might turn some off. However, not having it might cause some not to put their email address. Your thoughts?

Tom Vasel's "Vasel's Law" essentially says if a game is truly great, then it will get reprinted again or its mechanics will inspire a similar game in the future. What are your thoughts on this?
